We just finished watching this movie and if you haven't seen it yet, maybe you shouldn't read this yet.
I was really excited to see it and now that I have, I wish I wouldn't have watched it. I really liked it up until about 15 minutes to the end. I don't really want to say to much because I hate it when movies get ruined but frustrating. It had an overall good message and it did a great job getting you totally emotionally invested but I feel completely empty. Not happy.
Have you seen it? What do you think?

My mom gave me a play by play and I have no desire to see it! Ty and I just got back from "Knowing" with Nicolas Cage, and it left me with that same empty feeling. I am ready to sit back and watch conference!
I haven't seen it, and probably wont now :) but don't worry, you didn't 'ruin' anything. I'm glad to know not to waste my time. I had the same feeling as Jessica about 'Knowing'. Man was that bizarre to me. I have never linked aliens and religion together before.... weird!
I LOVED it! And I usually only like happy endings. :-) (watch out...spoilers) I didn't like how he talked to her about marriage, but other than that, his falling in love with her was innocent for what he'd been planning on doing the whole time. I LOVED the blind guy. He was so sweet. It was a bit confusing at the beginning when Will Smith was yelling at him on the phone because I couldn't tell if Will was a good character or not. But, I thought his cause was so noble to change 7 lives...even if it was stupid. But of course I got the sad feeling in my stomach that he and she wouldn't have a life together, but he reminded her that she could find love again and hopefully after her operation, she'd go forward with more hope. That's my plug. I liked it, and I'm going to watch it with Michael because he hasn't seen it yet.
